The Starter site has a 6-month minimum and the Business site a 12-month minimum. No long contracts. Estimates and consultations are free, so a conversation costs you nothing.

If budget is your main worry, that's fine. I put real effort into keeping quality sites affordable so a tight budget doesn't mean a bad website.
